In the Darkness

In the darkness
the world around us
His light shining
in the work
of his disciples’ lives
His light shining
burning within us
shining only
when we act in His name
going into the darkness
hope for His people
gathering all
for the harvest home
Shining in the darkness
a light to the world
His light shining
within each believer’s heart
