We do not wait for heaven - v2
Our joy is overwhelming;
We walk in God’s presence;
We do not wait for heaven;
We live in abundance now.
We dip our cups, our lives,
into the gospel, into scripture;
We drink of the living waters
of paradise, of eternal life.
We are promised heaven
but abundance is in the present;
We live into the promise, the miracle
of Christ, God here with us.
We are filled by the Spirit,
Christ’s indwelling presence;
We do not wait for heaven;
We live in abundance right now.
