Turning These Over to God – v2

We have Strength in our Master

His Spirit within us

when we release our lives, our fortune

when we turn these over to God.

We are Conscious of our weakness

in the battles of life,

we trust in our Savior

leaving our fighting to Him.

We Give our lives over

we let the Spirit guide our steps,

conformed to our Savior

in Him is our rest.

Preparing for the Enemy

We like the people
in the ancient story
doing what we must
to prepare for the enemy
our part in this life
in study, praying
drawing us closer to God
building up the walls
preparing for battle
