spreading outward

the blessings rippled

across the seas

needing to be mindful

proclaiming Christ

in our words and

in our deed

The blessings rippled

out into the world

our choice, to follow

to follow the Lord

Coming to the father
at the end of this journey
our days numbered
known only to God

Assured of salvation
walking with our brother

Enough for the Tribes

Christ waiting
sensing the people
come for him
needing to be fed

Blessing the meal
the loaves and fishes
enough for the people
needing to be fed

Gathering the rest
twelve baskets full
enough for the tribes
needing to be fed

Christ providing
feeding the people
those who would come
and all needing to be fed

Always enough
making a difference
sharing what we have
the seeds of our faith

More than sufficient
even the crumbs
the fringe of his robe
his presence enough
