Anything can be altered by the hand of man
Nowhere on the planet is immune
The trees were cut down for grain fields
Hectares were burned in the Amazon
Renewable resources still change the earth
Omniscient we are not, omnipresent maybe
Pollution of the air, the water, the land is our legacy
Open pit mining, scarring the surface
Greenhouse gasses abound
Environmental cleanup needed
Nuclear waste for the ages
Industrial age accelerated the changes
Climate change rearranging
