In every task, every thought
humbling myself
my way different
following the master
Take the form of a servant
changing from wanting to be first
moving to the end, to serve instead
A different way of thinking
far different than the world’s
finding my refreshment
in God’s living waters, the word
My savior’s example
the way of suffering, of the cross
sharing his message, his words of love
in rhyme, and meter and verse
