standing before their brother
at his mercy, vulnerable
needing his kindness, his
grace
in a moment of power,
forgiveness
offering them love
seeing the plan of God
the path he had walked
offering them grace
in a moment of power,
forgiveness
wiping the slate clean
giving them more than
they deserved
life, love, mercy,
forgiveness,
to heal the brokenness
the rift that was between
them
offering them brotherly
love
drawing them close to him
the ones who sought to
harm him
in mercy and love
seeing God at work
in his life, the world
