An unbroken piece of chalk
rolling on the auditorium floor
a symbol, an invitation,
a means to witness
to bear witness to the truth of God
something to make us ponder
our certainties, our sureness, our aloneness
A bit of tape, digital bits, strung out to see
forcing us, if we watch, to ponder life
to think about the creator, God
and our response to grace
