In Human Form – v4

To break the chains

the burden since Adam

the sin which we carry

separating us from God

God, stepping down from heaven

into a human womb

The eternal a baby

the infinite so small

Vulnerable, a human

of dust, of this clay

The omniscience, immortal

bound to the earth

In human form alone

no longer all-powerful

Christ here on the earth

walking as lowly Man

A servant of the Master

the Son of the Living God

Born a child, humble

living in the world
