Be open, vulnerable

be open, vulnerable, authentic,
share yourself in the light,
your history, your past, your pain,
with one another…
 
God wants you to be healed,
to live a life of abundance,
let down your guard, your mask,
share with your sisters and brothers…
 
only in releasing your pain, your burdens,
can you live the life God has written,
so take a leap of faith, be open, honest,
lean on those you love, you trust,
in love with one another…
