None of my possessions
none of my past,
my memories
nothing compares
with knowing Christ
Seeking him all of my days
working, in my faith,
striving to become
who I aspire to be
Only by his grace
only through his spirit
living within me
all else is trash
distractions of this earth
Keeping us from God
a relationship of value
infinite and abundant
as God has always wanted
from the garden to this day
