Each time, each of us,
passing His cup, drinking
from that one cup, His offering
His singular sacrifice
shedding His blood, giving His body
We share His cup
Passed down from apostle to disciple
from sinner to sinner
down through the ages, the generations
passing His cup of salvation
that all may drink, to all,
to the ends of the earth
