Happiness grows within us
a sense of being, of sharing, of true blessing,
no matter our circumstances
Happiness dies within us
when we linger, ponder, on injustices, slights,
on the problems of life
Happiness soars within us
when we look to the positive
when we center on Christ
when we remember
Happiness is a choice
