Into the community of believers
joining the long tradition
begun with Jesus in the Jordan
falling into the flowing river
the fabric of the church
the love of God drenching us
feeding us for his work
Joining all believers
beginning with the Christ
all of us together
swimming in the living waters
surrounded by God’s endless love.

I have enjoyed reading several of your poems. I too write Christian poetry and am delighted when I find others who share this passion with the message of our Savior. Thanks for sharing.
