Nothing more perfect
eternal and everlasting
the certainty of God’s promise
that He will come again
The oath he swore to Abraham
every covenant with his people
the truth of the prophets
and the law that he gives
All of these came to pass
even when we strayed
God faithful to the last
giving himself for us
Assurance in every promise
his word is true
hope for tomorrow
a future with our king
