In this world of darkness
feeling somehow alone
seeking your face oh Lord
to fee the touch of your hand
Remember your love
your presence in times of old
nurture the roots of your garden
that there would be fruits once more
Our best we offer oh God
Our one hope in you
give us life oh Lord
let us walk in you
Growing in the arms of your love
redeemed and made whole
rising from the depths of the grave
in you we are restored

I love how you use your poetry to reflect on the awesome power and grace of the Lord. If you can spare a moment of your time, i would be humbled if you could swing by my blog and critique some of my work as well ( http://lavonelyrics.blogspot.com )Great poem, don't ever stop writing...you never know who's reading!
Best wishes,
LaVone
