In Awe

Humbly, aware
our distance from you
in your image
but a reflection alone
In awe before you
as a child, on my knees
amazed that you are aware
aware of even me

Open to you, may I ever be
your servant oh Lord
in all I say and do
seeking your face
humbly, on my knees
to come into your courts
to sit at your feet
