God offered Jesus

God offered Jesus,
The unblemished Lamb,
Our perfect sacrifice,
To redeem, to save us.
 
God offered Jesus,
Laid in a manger,
To serve, to save,
To climb our rugged cross.
 
God offered Jesus,
God here with us,
The eternal made mortal,
To save us from sin, from death.
