a thorn connecting us to God

worry may be our thorn

connecting us to God

requiring us to choose

to rely on God’s promise

 

we may think we can go alone

that we don’t need our Maker;

but we are mortal, broken,

in need of a perfect Savior

 

worry may be the means

by which we know God’s goodness

we must rely on God

in our walk, our journey
