we are meant to thrive
communing with others
walking on this path
as part of the living vine…
 
we lose our way
estranged from one another
in the darkness of isolation
in our sin, in the flesh…
 
we must turn outward
sharing with another
open, transparent,
letting down our guard…
 
we can only achieve healing
turning from our old self
being open, forthright,
with another soul…
