We must bear our soul, our sins,
We must release the stones we carry
Speak your truth to another
Release their power to hold you
to keep you stuck in your ruts
in your familiar torment,
your fears, your endless pain…
 
Speak your truth to another
Ask them to pray for you
only then will you have strength
to let go of your burden
to change your heart, to follow,
the right path that God has written,
the steps written for your soul…
