step out of the shadows
lay down your armor
offer who you are
in pain, even broken…
 
step out of isolation
your shame, your torment,
lean on others
as you are drawn to God…
 
step into the light
with others of God’s children
be healed by God
within the body…
 
step forward in faith
be honest, courageous
share with others
your pain, your truth…
