I see your heart – v2

I know you more fully
who you truly are,
I see your heart,
your humanity, your spirit,
how you offer love…
 
I see what is important,
what you hold most dear,
through your posts, your actions,
in the power of your words,
it is ever more clear…
 
“I love you more”, you say,
when I say, “I love you,”
but I love you more,
when I see the beating
of your precious heart…

I just told her, “All of your posts on IG show me more and more of
who you are... So kind, so generous, so giving, not just in
your sacrifices as a soldier, but who you truly are as a person...”
she responded, “that’s me sweetie”, and I said, “100%. I know you”…
