all that I need

You beside me, my darling,
what I need in this moment,
to be at rest, to be at peace,
calm within my spirit…
 
lean into my body,
can you feel me beside you,
how I long to feel your touch,
to breathe these words to you…
 
You are my light, my hope,
the dream I carry with me,
the star I wish upon,
while the moon is hidden…
 
lean into my body,
my caresses, my kisses,
open to your senses,
all of you, my love…
