Release me, Lord

Release me, Lord,
of the sins I carry
every sin I commit
on this earth…
 
Help me to have courage
to trust You completely,
to be honest about my sin
to make amends…
 
Help me to be faithful
to turn to You fully,
away from my sin
harm that I cause…
 
Release me, Lord,
of the sins I carry
they are too heavy
I want them no more…
 
Help me to walk
as your faithful servant,
help me walk today
in Your healing light…
