The three of us,
laying on the floor,
hands clasped together
joining others in prayer
praying for the women
on the journey, on the walk
Praying for them, by name,
each one of them, pilgrims, disciples
sisters in faith, in community
We prayed for them, for their families,
for their churches. For this time together,
for the rest of their journey
For them, for them all, we said a prayer.
