So hard, sometimes, life, the load we may face
nothing impossible, not in the vocabulary, not in the mind of God
we, human lives, struggle, trying to lift ourselves up
to go our own way, to rely upon ourselves, alone far too often
forgetting the one who made us, who knows us before
before the first cell, before the first breath,
our days numbered before we are,
nothing impossible for God, nothing too great
forgetting to turn our struggles, our aches, our hopes,
our prayers, our sighs from within our beings
to deep for words, but heard by the spirit,
by the living God, the one who was, who is, who will be
before there was, evermore will be
nothing impossible for God
