Within the heart,
the essence of worship
Lord, in that core
that kernel,
it is you, your sacrifice
your grace, on the cross
giving yourself, to death,
into the arms of death
that I may live
Your love for me, in my heart
leading me to your throne
Your spirit abiding, growing
leading me to praise,
to worship you, endlessly
on my knees, in my heart
You alone.
