To Be Blessed

Not as the world would understand
humbly walking on the earth
the meek, the suffering
those that the world would cast off

Christ, the redeemer
God coming as man
the first born becoming the sacrifice
that we would live again

His words, on the mountain
to be blessed in the eyes of God
utterly different than the earth
loving our fellow man
