A Mountain Retreat

In this pearl of his ministry
going to the mountain retreat
speaking from the heart
sharing so much with the disciples
the believers at his feet

Telling of how to change our way in the world
following a path unlike any other
turning around, submitting ourselves
as he would do, to the master’s will

Love, being a blessing
a neighbor to the stranger
loving one another
Going humbly, gently in this world
bringing his message of hope
until all have truly heard
