Sentient Fire

The whole house shaking
a mighty wind from heaven
descending, coming to the earth
giving them power
a sentient fire from God

Sending them, as messengers of Christ
emboldened to continue his work
bringing his message of love
his sacrifice and his rising
to the ends of the earth
