To be those disciples
We are called to be those disciples
like the first by the sea
who came when he called
leaving their nets, their lives behind
following the Christ
We too are called
from our current station
to turn and follow Him
wherever He would lead
None of us special
none of us worthy
all of us sinners
needing the grace of God
He calls us to be faithful
to be His hands and feet
His witnesses in the world
to everyone we meet
Sharing his message
the love of God come down
walking with us as a man
that we may live again
Redeemed only by his grace
to walk the land in His name
healing the sick, the blind, the lame
bringing the message to the world
to bringing them home again
