The prayer of each pastor
each priest, each one of us
that we would be but a vessel
the hands and feet of God
That we would merely be gloves
that God would use us
our living, chipped clay
empowered for holy work
A prayer each Sunday, ever, always
that God would speak through my lips
sharing His message of love
that more would hear Him
His still small voice
His love shouting
through Your words spoken
from the lips of my mouth
