Will our robes shimmer

Donning the flesh of eternity
new bodies in Christ
will our robes shimmer
will our crowns sparkle
bejeweled with light

Will we radiate brilliance
as Christ himself is light
Love transformed
in its true state
living, alive

Will our bodies respond
to the coming of Christ
dancing in his light
being near to our God
every cell illumined
singing praises in the night

What will we be like
when we are like Christ
will we have bodies of living fabric
will we sing evermore
