Prayer of Thanksgiving – 5/31/2015
Second Sunday of Pentecost
Lord,
We come to You thankful that You love us. We only come
to love because You loved us and love us still.
We pray that through this act of giving of our tithes
and offerings that we would recommit our lives to Your service and to Your holy
command to love our neighbors, even our enemies, as You have loved us.
Thank You for the opportunity that through this we may
be drawn closer to You.
And we pray all this in the name of the unblemished
lamb, our Risen Lord, Jesus the Christ.
Amen.
