raised from the dead – 2 – v2

each of them were healed

of their disease, their affliction;

but what Jesus did was far more than that.

they were raised from the dead

they were not just cleansed

of the leprosy they carried;

they were allowed to enter in

to the temple, into community.

the one who returned,

who stopped to thank Jesus

the one who praised God

the source of their healing,

he was brought within

the community of believers

the one leper was given life

and he was given life eternal.
