I pray to God

in my waking

I pray to God

in my walking

day to day

I pray to God

for protection

for guidance

for I am nothing

and He alone is Lord

I pray to God

for strength

for healing

for what I need

each day

I pray to God

I praise Him

for He alone

is Creator, Savior,

for He alone is God
