hidden in the scripture
the ancient texts revealing
the steps of our lives
the path that God has
written
penned for each one of us
scribed in His book of life
before time began
the path may seem hidden to
us
hidden in the scripture
in the sands of time;
but if we focus, if we
trust,
if we walk on the water
God reveals our path,
the way forward for us
God wants us to follow
the footsteps of Jesus
the way that leads
to heaven above
