the old and new testaments
united on the mountain
in the people before them
but could they see that
did their eyes deceive them
the Law, the Prophets,
the Word alive with them
the Voice of the Creator
claiming their Master
their Shepherd as His Son
the Messiah, the Savior,
the One who was to come
