a stairway to heaven
not in the desert
but our living room
seeing a picture
of a smiling couple
in this an answer
to my fervent prayer
God speaking to me
in the midst of my
struggle
affirming the path
of my daily life
speaking a word
to be more faithful
trust Him with each step
