too often hear our own words
that
judgment falling upon us
when
we look through the eyes
of
rumors, of gossip, of our neighbors,
we
miss the opportunity
to
come before God
such
was the risk to Nathanael
at
the offer of Phillip
if
he had not come
if
he had not gone to see Jesus
how
often do we miss out
when
we are so quick to judge others
when
we turn away from
our
own divine appointments
