Jesus appeared

Beyond my comprehension
anything I could understand
in an instant, a moment,
Jesus appeared! He was with us!
Our risen Savior and Lord
stood before us, with us;
He was alive, in the flesh!

There was no longer doubt.
This was Christ before us!
Christ entered the locked room
to offer us peace, the breath
of life, of resurrection
fulfilling the scripture
from beginning to end.
