We are washed
by His blood
the outpouring of
love,
His body given,
broken for us
Painting a house
of prayer
not on the walls
the door frames
but on the
lintels
of our hearts
Christ is within
us
protecting us
by His blood,
His sacrifice,
upon the cross
The Spirit guards
us,
safe from God’s
wrath,
interceding for
us
seated in a living house of prayer
in the courts of
the Lord
