A canard of wisdom,
played by the enemy,
our currency worthless,
on the global stage…
 
An empty suit,
a player, played,
stripped naked,
utterly exposed…
 
The enemy laughing,
giddy, overwhelmed,
by his good fortune,
oh how he was played…
