this child I was
not totally innocent
but changed forever
by that stranger’s touch…
 
a fork in the road
a departure, unwanted,
forever changed
by a stranger’s touch…
 
unwanted feelings, rising,
my body reacting
a new reality, changed,
by this stranger’s touch…
