The Throne of our self
our sinful nature, our pride,
an idol, a demon,
anything that takes the place of God…
 
Anything we worship
all that tears us down,
sin that convicts us
taking God from His rightful place…
 
False gods, our treasure,
the altar where we bow down
the things we love
more than Almighty God…
