A place, not an abstraction,
The promise written in red,
In these words of Jesus
Prophecy of heaven,
We must believe...
 
A place, in fact,
Not a myth, a vision,
Heaven is waiting
A place of salvation,
This is our reward...
 
Be ready, prepared...
For the time is coming...
A place, a promise,
From the lips of Jesus
Our risen Savior and Lord...
