our names are written

God remembers us

God made us

our names are written

in God’s Book of Life

To God we are precious

our names His markers

His stamp upon our lives

written on our hearts.

A memorial forever

remember God’s grace

God’s hand upon your life

gather memories, as stones

a memorial forever

preserved in our hearts

that we remember to be thankful

for God’s provision, protection

throughout our lives on earth

remember to be thankful

ponder your blessings

those thin places

when you have leaned on God

when you have felt God’s presence

with you in your struggles

remember to be thankful

for all God has done

God will not leave you

that is why he sent His Son
