full of awe

upon that mountain

standing with Jesus

full of awe

at what we were seeing

Moses, Elijah,

standing with Him

the voice of God

claiming Jesus

we were full of awe

our minds reeling

too much to take in

all we were seeing.

to receive the moment

we stand in awe

we are amazed

when we see the hand of God

when He touches our lives

like Peter we are confused

needing to do something

when we need to stop

to receive the moment

this gift from God.
