Like Manna in the desert
all the people, the tribes of Israel
Fed with the bread
blessed by heaven
Coming to him, in that desert place
All were hungry, thirsty
for his message, his hope
his healing touch
All needing the bread,
the fish from the hands
of the disciples, the fisherman
